Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties
• Help prepare classroom materials and set up equipment for lessons
• Supervise students during class and other school activities
• Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Previous experience working with children or young people

• Understanding of child development and learning processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience and empathy when working with students

• Teaching Assistant qualification
• First Aid certification

This role involves working in a school environment, following the school term calendar. The position may require some physical activity and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
