If so, we are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools across Cardiff.

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals for full-time, part-time, and flexible roles to support teachers and enhance the learning experience for students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment, helping to ensure that all children reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities 
• Provide one-on-one support for students who may need extra help 
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participation from all students 
• Help with administrative tasks, such as marking and preparing classroom materials 
• Support students with diverse needs, including those with additional learning requirements 

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn 
• Previous experience working with children is a plus but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
