Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

  • Supporting classroom activities and assisting the teacher with lesson preparation
  • Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
  • Providing additional support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting with the supervision of students during breaks and outings
  • Helping to create a positive learning environment
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Prior experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Understanding of child development and learning processes
  • Basic IT skills
  • First Aid certification
  • Additional training in supporting students with special educational needs
  • Full-time position with regular school hours
  • Work within a school setting in Sale, Greater Manchester

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
