Available Roles:
- Nursery & KS1 Teaching Assistants
- Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 2 (or above) Early Years Qualification OR a Support in Teaching and Learning Qualification.
- Responsibilities:
- Support young learners in their early development, both academically and socially.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide 1:1 or group support to ensure each child reaches their potential.
- Middle School Teaching Assistants
- Requirements:
- No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 SEN support for children with ADHD, Autism, and other needs.
- Assist in a general classroom setting or within an SEN base, offering targeted intervention support for disruptive pupils.
- Work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
