Are you passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Support Assistant to join a vibrant school in September. Role Overview:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them manage behavior and overcome challenges.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly in behavior support or similar roles.

  • Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing challenging situations.
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed, both academically and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
