About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will use your sports expertise to engage and support students both in the classroom and during physical activities. You’ll work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience, provide one-on-one or small group support, and help manage classroom behaviour. Your enthusiasm for sports will be a key asset in promoting physical activity and teamwork among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students across various subjects, with a focus on physical education and sports.
• Provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and physical potential.
• Promote a positive and active learning environment, encouraging student participation.
• Support the organization and delivery of sports activities and events.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

• A strong background in sports, with experience in coaching or physical education.
• Enthusiasm for working with young people and a passion for education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students through sports and physical activities.
