Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with an OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding’ school in central Manchester to recruit for a level 3 teaching assistant.

This excellent school are looking to appoint an exceptional, reflective and dynamic teaching assistant to join the team.

This position is to support 1:1 in a year 4 class and flexibility and adaptability is paramount for the successful person, and, as the role is level 3, the successful candidate will be expected to cover classes through school instances of short term need.

The successful candidate will:

-          Have recent and relevant Teaching Assistant experience

-          Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills

-          Have excellent behaviour management skills

-          Good knowledge of the primary education curriculum

-          Be motivated, energetic, caring and enthusiastic

-          Passion to support pupils in reaching their full potential
