Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We're seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to become a valued member of one of our amazing primary schools in Colchester!

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, either professionally or personally
• Patience, adaptability, and a confident approach to working with young students
• Ability to support individual learning needs and contribute to a positive classroom environment
• Assist the primary school teacher in lesson planning, delivery, and classroom management
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during school activities

Qualifications:

• GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• A valid driving licence (preferred)
• Current child-only DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Working Conditions:

• School-based position with hours aligned to the school day: Monday to Friday, typically 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
