We are currently working with a vibrant primary school in Hastings that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and contribute to the development of their students.

The Role: As a Teaching Assistant placed through Teaching Personnel, you will support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment. Your role will involve working closely with students to support their individual needs, assisting with classroom management, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
