A GOOD Ofsted-rated primary school in Orpington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their permanent team from January 2025.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support children's learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. This role will involve providing one-to-one support and working with small groups, assisting with classroom management, and helping to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards one)
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
