Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities.

2. Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

3. Provide individual support to students who require extra help.

4. Supervise students during lessons and other school activities.

5. Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

- GCSEs in English and Maths

- Relevant teaching assistant qualification

- A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

- Teaching Assistant qualification

- Previous experience working in a classroom setting

- Experience working with children or young people

- Good understanding of the UK education system

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Patience and empathy when working with students

- First Aid certification

- Safeguarding training

- Working hours may vary but typically within school hours

- Potential for occasional evening or weekend work for school events

- Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
