Education and Training

£85 - £90 Per day

  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons
  • Assisting students with their learning and development
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Supervising students during class activities and breaks
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent

Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and empathy towards students
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Higher-level teaching assistant qualification
  • First aid certification

The role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates. Some flexibility in working hours may be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
