Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need extra support
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with behaviour management and fostering student engagement

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • A passion for education and student development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
