Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children aged 11-18 in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in either Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4, depending on your preference and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Provide tailored support to students aged 11-18, assisting them with their academic and personal development.

-          Work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

-          Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

-          Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students receive high-quality education and care.

Requirements:

-          Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a school or educational setting.

-          Understanding of SEN and SEMH, with the ability to adapt to individual student needs.

-          Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time role.
