Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students and teachers, helping to create a positive and effective learning environment. Whether you are looking for short-term cover or a permanent position, we have opportunities to suit your needs.

• Support Classroom Activities: Assist with the supervision and support of students during lessons.
• Behaviour Management: Help manage classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Assist with Learning: Provide support to students with their learning tasks and activities.
• Handle Immediate Issues: Address any immediate problems or emergencies in line with school policies.
• Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials.

• Confident, self-motivated, and professional individuals with a passion for education
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience working with children in a classroom or similar environment is highly desirable
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile
• Willingness to apply for a child-only DBS if not already on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
