Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers, assisting in delivering high-quality education and supporting students both academically and emotionally.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, providing tailored support.
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
  • Support students with additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.
  • Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience working in primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with students and staff.
