Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. This role involves working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment, assisting with classroom activities, and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Support students with their learning, providing additional help where needed.
  • Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
  • Assist with the supervision of students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
  • Work with small groups or one-on-one with students to provide targeted support.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to supporting the educational and personal development of students.
