SEN Teaching Assistant Needed – Secondary School in Wigan

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with students who require additional support to thrive in their education.

Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCo to support students with Special Educational Needs. Your role will involve providing tailored support, helping students engage with their learning, and assisting with their social and emotional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with students with SEN (preferred).
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
