A 'GOOD' secondary school in BS7 is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will work as part of a resource base team within the mainstream setting.
Job Description:
While no specific qualifications are required for this role, having a background in education, psychology, or related fields can be advantageous. A genuine passion for helping students with SEND achieve their full potential is a very important quality we look for, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of the student. Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations is vital.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
