Teaching Assistant Required After Half Term in Hull!

We are working with a large mainstream primary school in Hull that urgently needs a Teaching Assistant specialising in working with children with SEN diagnoses. You will primarily provide 1-1 support for a pupil with high emotional needs, helping them not only navigate their day successfully but also thrive in a classroom environment. Your nurturing approach will be crucial in offering emotional reassurance, allowing the pupil to feel settled and engaged in their learning experience. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on a child’s development.

The Role

You will work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, term time only.

This is a specific long-term role in a well-regarded school in Hull.

As a specialist teaching assistant, you will not only support the individual pupil but also assist with intervention work and manage behaviours across the classroom, ensuring all pupils meet their curriculum standards.
