About Us: Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to work within schools in Bristol. Here at Teaching Personnel we are committed to providing schools with educators that create a nurturing and inspiring environment for their students. We believe in fostering a love for learning and helping each child reach their full potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Work with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Provide individual support to students who may need extra assistance.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but not required.
  • A passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm (Flexible Days)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
