Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a motivated intervention assistant for a Good-rated school in Macclesfield, with an immediate start available. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support for a student with SEN needs, particularly in managing classroom behavior.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Working directly with students needing assistance in behavior management.
  • Providing pastoral care for SEN and SEMH students.
  • Collaborating with the school SENCO to create behavior support plans.
  • Upholding safeguarding standards within the classroom.
  • Understanding of the KS2 curriculum and phonics approaches is advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • PAYE rates of £85 - £90 per day
  • Weekly pay through school timesheets
  • Located in Macclesfield, easily reachable for local residents
