We are currently seeking dedicated 1-1 Support Assistants to work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a specialist school in Salford. Our aim is to support schools in delivering outstanding educational experiences, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in making a difference.

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning objectives.
  • Implement individualised learning strategies and assist with educational tasks.
  • Encourage social and emotional development, supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students to build confidence and develop essential communication skills.
  • Competitive daily rate starting at £84+, paid weekly.
  • Direct pay weekly through Teaching Personnel – no umbrella companies or additional fees.
