Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and students, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and educational activities.

-          Support the social, emotional, and educational development of all children.

-          Help maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

-          Work with individual children or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.

-          Prepare and organize classroom resources and materials.

-          Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to teachers.

-          Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:

-          Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-          Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

-          Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning.

-          A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
