Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Learning: Assist teachers in delivering lessons and provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional help.
  2. Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing behavior and ensuring students remain engaged.
  3. Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up classroom activities.
  4. Student Development: Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Carry out various administrative duties such as record-keeping and helping with the organization of school events.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
