A vibrant secondary school in Blandford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate for supporting students in their educational journey and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student learning.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs.
  • Help create engaging learning materials and resources.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or working with young people is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
