Position: Ad-Hoc Teaching Assistant (Supply Cover)
Location: Southampton
Hours: Flexible, typically 08:30 - 15:30 (varies by school)
Pay: £12.90 per hour (Term time only)


Who We Are:
At Teaching Personnel, we partner with fantastic schools that support students with SEN/SEMH. Our learners have diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome, and may require special care like feeding tubes or wheelchair assistance.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support in various classrooms as needed, covering for staff absences.
  • Create a welcoming learning environment for students.
  • Work with a dedicated team of educators.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
