Teaching Assistant New

We’re seeking a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Stoke, starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming school where every child's progress is valued.

In this role, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom effectively. You will support small groups or individual students, particularly those who need extra help. Your creativity will shine as you create engaging learning activities that encourage independent learning. Additionally, you will monitor student progress and provide valuable feedback to teachers, while also working with students with special educational needs (SEND) when required.

We are looking for candidates with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working with children in a school setting. A caring, patient, and supportive approach is essential, along with knowledge of safeguarding practices.
