We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded school in Stoke, starting in January. This Ofsted graded 'Good' school offers a positive and engaging environment for both staff and students, focusing on fostering a love for learning.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities and ensuring that students receive the attention they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson preparation, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to manage classroom behavior. You will also have the opportunity to lead small group activities, helping to reinforce learning and build confidence in students.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and demonstrate effective communication skills. A background in education or experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
