Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Support individual students and small groups with their learning needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their confidence and engagement.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
- An Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).
