Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support across a variety of year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
- Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Support individual pupils and small groups with learning activities, ensuring all children are engaged and supported.
- Adapt to different classroom environments, making a positive impact in each school.
- Offer additional help to students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to working in new and varied environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but experience will also be considered.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
