Textiles Teacher Required for Secondary School in Poole!

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an engaging Textiles and KS3 Design Technology teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team at a well-regarded secondary school in Poole. This temporary role is set to start as soon as possible, with potential for extension beyond December 2024.

About the Role:

As a Textiles teacher, you will play a key role in delivering creative and inspiring lessons to students, helping them build technical skills and develop a passion for design. You’ll also have the opportunity to teach KS3 Design Technology and work alongside a supportive staff team that is committed to raising student attainment through exceptional teaching.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent (NQTs welcome to apply).
• Experience teaching Textiles and Resistant Materials to KS3 students.
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Passion for your subject and a desire to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues in the department.
