As a successful participant in the Future Teachers Programme, you will work as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Cornwall. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee classes during a teacher’s short-term absence, ensuring that students complete the pre-set work. This role does not involve active teaching, marking, or planning but provides a valuable glimpse into the teaching profession by maintaining a high-quality learning environment for students.
