  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised educational plans based on students' learning requirements
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' overall development
  • Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Needs
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Degree in Education or relevant field

Prior experience working as a tutor with students with SEN

  • Understanding of special education practises and principles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with students, parents, and professionals
  • Additional certifications in Special Education Needs
  • Experience in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work may involve travel to different locations to meet students
  • Collaborative work environment with other educators and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
