  • Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students effectively
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Additional training or qualifications in Special Education is desirable
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
  • Demonstrated success in improving students' academic performance
  • Thorough understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team supporting students with SEN
  • Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
  • Regular collaboration with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
