- Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students effectively
- Proven experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Additional training or qualifications in Special Education is desirable
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN
- Demonstrated success in improving students' academic performance
- Thorough understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team supporting students with SEN
- Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
- Regular collaboration with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
