Are you passionate about supporting young people with their learning and social development on a 1:1 basis? Then you should consider 1:1 tutoring, as our roles have an academic focus as well as helping individuals with their social and emotional development.
Our roles are often working with SEN or SEMH pupils who are not currently accessing mainstream school, so it is essential our educators can establish a good rapport with our learners and help reengage them with learning.
I am looking for educators who have experience working with KS3 and KS4 learners, who can create and deliver session plans and resources specific to the individual learners needs and interests. This role will be based in Colchester and surrounding areas.
