We are looking to hire supply teachers, on a flexible work schedule allowing you to be in control of when you work.

This role would involve covering classes where the teacher is unable to be present. This means that you will be teaching KS3 and KS4 classes with work already prepared for you making your main responsibility behaviour management and assisting the students learning when required. This role is ideal for anyone working who wants to gain experience in a school environment.

Key information:

• Pay will be £12.87 at a minimum.
• The hours will be 8:15AM – 15:15PM.
• Your ability to appear confident in front of a class is essential to your success in this role.
• The students will be KS3 and KS4.
• This is a 0-hour contract, meaning you can change and edit your availability whenever you want.

Requirements:

• You will need to drive or be willing to travel up to an hour on public transport.
• You must be located in the UK.
• Experience in a teaching role is not needed but you must have comparable skills or a relevant experience to childcare.
• You must have a good literacy and mathematic ability.
• On days you mark as available you must be contactable during the hours of 7am – 8am

We also offer additional roles such as:

• teaching assistant, you will be assisting students on a 1:1 basis and requires you to have some experience in education or a higher degree of education.
• Invigilation, this work is only available during the exam periods of the academic year and consists of AM and PM shifts.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
