Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons.
• Leading small groups or classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Assisting with classroom management and student behaviour.
• Adapting to a range of subjects and age groups.
• Providing support to students on a one-to-one basis where needed.

About You:

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
• No formal teaching qualification required – we are looking for enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
