Teaching Assistant Needed in Tiptree

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to start a rewarding career in education? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our wonderful primary schools in Tiptree, no formal qualifications required!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (personally or professionally)
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and support students in a classroom environment
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and student supervision
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours

Preferred:

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Current child-only DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Working Conditions:

• School-based position with hours following the school day (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
