Job Opportunity: Year 1 Teacher Needed in Liverpool (L11) 

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive learning environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our friendly primary school in Liverpool (L11). The role is to cover a maternity from November 2024 until July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phonics Scheme: Lead and deliver an effective phonics programme to ensure our students build strong foundational reading skills.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across all subjects, tailored to the needs of Year 1 students.
  • Classroom Management: Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
  • Assessment: Regularly assess and track student progress, using data to inform your teaching and ensure all pupils reach their full potential.
  • Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.
