Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a vibrant primary school in north Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 3 Early Career Teacher to join this friendly school from September 2024.
 
We are currently seeking a Year 3 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join the team from September 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. ECT’s are encouraged to apply as there is scope to support candidates through their induction terms, including access to a mentor.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and forward thinking primary setting. The school is located in north Birmingham, within proximity to Great Barr, Handsworth and Hamstead. The expected salary range for this position is between £150-220 per day, depending on experience.
 
What to expect from applicants?

We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply as there is already scope to support the successful applicant through their induction terms. However, more experienced teachers are also encouraged to apply due to pathways being in place to support career growth and development, including pathways into middle leadership roles.
