Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a thriving school based in the central Birmingham area. We are currently seeking a Year Early Career Teacher to join the team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking a Year 3 ECT to join this vibrant team from September 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching role, including marking and planning. Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply due to systems already being in place to support ECT’s through their induction terms.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and forward-thinking primary school. The school is located in the Birmingham City Centre area, within proximity to Hockley, Winson Green, Aston and Birmingham City Centre. The expected salary range for this role is between £150-210 per day, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply for this role as there are already systems in place to support ECT’s through their induction terms. However, more experienced teachers are also welcome to apply and will benefit from clear career progression pathways.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
