About Us: Teaching Personnel is delighted to represent a reputable school in the WF3 area seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to provide maternity cover from April to December. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team committed to providing quality education to their students.

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to ensure the academic progress and holistic development of our Year 3 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
  • Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate educational activities and events.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Year 3 students, preferably within a UK school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment.
