As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and guiding your students through a critical stage in their educational journey. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and motivated
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's educational development
• Stay current with the National Curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (QTS) with a solid understanding of the Year 3 curriculum. You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• A commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable:

• Experience in developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies
• Proficiency with educational technology and its application in the classroom
