Are you passionate about supporting young learners in the classroom and helping them reach their full potential? Smile Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Dudley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to Year 3 pupils, assisting with their academic and personal development.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and creative lessons.
- Support children with varying needs, ensuring all students feel included and supported.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a Year 3 or Key Stage 2 setting.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning and wellbeing.
- A patient, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
