Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a positive impact in education? Smile Education is looking for a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and friendly school in Dudley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons to Year 3 students
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils who may need additional assistance
- Help with classroom management, including behaviour and organisation
- Prepare and set up learning materials and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored educational programs
Requirements:- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a Year 3 setting
- A genuine passion for education and helping young learners succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- A relevant qualification in Education, Childcare, or equivalent experience is preferred
- A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
