About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher at this welcoming primary school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a diverse group of students. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and supports each child's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the academic and emotional development of students.
  • Differentiate instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' educational and pastoral needs.
  • Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of Year 4 curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
  • A commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
