Location: Chorley, Lancashire.
Position: Year 4 Teacher Assistant.
Start Date: September 2024.
Duration: First Term (September - December 2024). 
Hours: Full-time.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in the heart of Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Year 4 class, supporting students in their academic and personal development.

  • Assist the Year 4 teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students to help them reach their full potential.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Supervise students during break times and assist with classroom management.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
