Role Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Proven experience teaching in primary education, preferably in Key Stage 2
*Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment practices
*Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
*Excellent classroom management skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners
*Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities
*Passion for continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational best practices

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 5 students
*Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported
*Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies
*Maintain accurate records of students' progress and development
*Engage with parents and carers to provide regular updates on their child’s progress and address any concerns
*Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
*Uphold the school's ethos and values, contributing to a positive school culture
