Teaching Personnel is excited to recruit for the position of Year Group Leader at a warm and vibrant multi-cultural school located in High Wycombe. Position Overview: We are seeking a Year Group Leader who is a consistently 'good' or better teacher. Whether you are looking to grow professionally within a supportive team or you have established leadership experience, we welcome your application. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, self-motivated, and able to work on their own initiative. You will help establish a safe, happy, and inclusive environment where hard work, good behavior, and excellent progress are valued.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least three full years of teaching experience.
  • A proven track record of being a consistently 'good' or better teacher.
  • Commitment, dynamism, and the ability to lead by example.
  • Skills to develop the team and drive the continued raising of standards.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
